DENTAL IMPLANTS

What Can Go Wrong?

Installing dental implants is usually a simple safe procedure with an extremely high success rate.
When treatment is a success, the results can be life-changing. However, as with all surgical procedures, things do occasionally go wrong.

Wear and Tear

Not all dental implants are designed to last forever. Sometimes, a little restoration can go a long way to recovering aesthetics and function.

Broken Implant Bridges

A broken or fractured bridge could be a source of major embarrassment—not to mention discomfort and pain. If you’ve broken an implanted bridge, it’s best to seek repair fast.

Loose Implant Crowns

A loose crown can feel like losing your teeth all over again. Fast, effective repair from Implant Rescue means you’ll never have to go back to life without a complete smile.

Poor Placement

Sometimes implants can be placed in the wrong position where there is insufficient supporting bone, causing pain, discomfort, and inability to chew. Implant Rescue’s experienced surgeons and implant dentists can reposition implants quickly and safely.

Pain and Discomfort

Low-quality materials, poorly-fitted components and other factors like implant infection could make your implants feel like a source of irritation and discomfort. Don’t suffer any longer!

Infections and Peri-Implantitis

Swollen, discoloured or sensitive gums could all be signs of infection or early peri-implantitis. If you suspect you have an infection, it’s best to get it checked early to prevent the problem from developing.

Biological Changes

Changes to the jaw structure as you age can cause even the most expertly placed implants to loosen and fail over time. If bone loss or resorption affects your implants, talk to the Implant Rescue team about bone grafts and other restorative treatments to give you many more years of happy smiles.

Hi-Tech Clinic

Our clinic enjoys state-of-of-the-art diagnostic and imaging technology, which allows for precision treatment planning and accurate placement. In addition, our digital suite means our patients get years of trouble-free use from their repaired or replaced implants.

Best-in-Class Materials

Low-quality materials and implant systems are one of the most common causes of implant failure. That’s why we only use the best available. It’s just one of the reasons why implants by our team last a lifetime.

Digital Planning and Placement

We plan each rescue treatment using the latest 3D imaging and digital diagnostic technology. This allows us to perform procedures with superb accuracy and unparalleled success rates.

Allergy Assessments

There is currently some discussion in the dental profession about whether titanium implants may cause an allergic reaction in a tiny percentage of patients. The evidence is still under review. However, if you are concerned about allergies, why not take an allergy test with Implant Rescue. Our state-of-the-art allergy assessments will let you know with 100% confidence if it’s safe to go ahead with treatment.

Worried About Treatment?
Relax with Sedation

Sedation dentistry from the Implant Rescue team has helped thousands of patients to receive life-changing implants—even if they were too worried or anxious to set foot in the clinic.

The technique lulls you into a calm, dreamlike state, so you won’t feel or remember a thing as our dentiusts restore your smile with implants. In fact, most patients emerge from sedation without even realising they’ve undergone treatment!

We can use sedation to calm everything from mild nerves to full-on phobia, so anyone can benefit from implant restoration and repair without a care in the world.
